Terms of Service

The short version of how commissions work.

General

All listed prices are minimum reference values. The final cost may vary depending on the complexity and level of detail of the project.

I reserve the right to decline requests or cancel collaborations in cases of inappropriate behavior or disrespect.

Quest avatars may have less detail or limitations due to VRChat's technical restrictions.

I do not create models from scratch at this time. I can retexture existing avatars or clothing items and make minor modifications (such as changing ears, tails, or accessories).

If I do not own the base or assets required for the commission, the client will need to cover the original license cost, included in the initial quote. If I already own the base and the client does not need the original files, no additional license fee is charged.

Payments

Payments are made via PayPal or Ko-fi, or Mercado Pago for residents of Argentina.

Payment must be made in advance before starting the project.

Once work has begun, no refunds will be given, except in exceptional cases where the commission cannot be completed.

Delivery

Estimated delivery time: 5 to 15 days, depending on complexity.

Includes up to 3 revisions at no extra cost. Additional revisions will incur an extra charge.

Requested files are delivered via Google Drive (.png, .spp, or .unitypackage).

I do not do

Avatars from scratch.

Political, religious, hateful, NSFW, or violent content.
